Onboarding a new client can take up to three weeks, if not longer.
Prodos is an AI platform for financial advisors, connecting to their firm's existing tools and automating repetitive operational tasks. It acts as a virtual team member that reviews and carries out daily administrative tasks.
What I did
As the sole designer, I focused on creating an intuitive experience for users who aren't deeply technical. Instead of creating a platform that just feels like another tool to manage, I simplified the features to the core element - the AI - and designed around it.
